Schoolblazer launch Trusted Partners programme

Schoolblazer launch their Trusted partners programme, a new alliance to support young brands improving sports participation. The 3 brands selected include the Rezon Halos headband, PeBe sports bras and NIXI Body underwear.

Said Louise Allard, Limitless Brand Manager, “we know that participation in sport is vital for young people’s happiness. With our Limitless brand we’ve worked hard to create products which encourage everyone to love sport. However, we can’t do everything. We know there are great brands out there innovating and developing brilliant products which aim to solve real world problems. Our goal with our Trusted Partner programme is to bring those solutions to our customers and support those brands on their journey.”

For many years, Schoolblazer and Limitless have been working to find ways of encouraging and inspiring young people to stay active. Having previously worked with Youth Sport Trust on research into the barriers and motivators for young people to enjoy sport, specifically in the independent sector, Limitless began talking to small, independent companies who are looking to address the specific reasons that young people stop playing sport. This particularly affects girls, with a marked drop-off in activity during their teenage years.

Limitless has created Trusted Partners; a group of small, female-led companies paving the way with their innovation and product development, who provide products which can help young people at our schools. These companies are:

1.       PeBe Active: PeBe deliver engaging education and professional fitting experiences for schools and champion sports bra development led by science. Their award-winning Cloud and Impact bras are perfect for developing girls and busy school days, offering the best bounce-control on the market and an exceptional size range. PeBe are committed to teaching the importance of sports bras and improving body literacy in young athletes, with the goal to remove embarrassment and help girls get that final bit of kit sorted.

2.      NIXI Body: They provide period pants created for sports, with two styles available depending on girls’ preference. Whilst comfortable and practical, helping to reduce period refuse, they were also chosen for their style and appearance, as one of the lighter and subtler options available for girls.
